                                                            Yellowstone National Park

This summer vacation I went to the Yellowstone National Park in USA. We stayed there for three days. There were so many interesting things that I wanted to share with you.

First, it was the Old Faithful Geyser. It is called “faithful” because the time it erupts can be predictable. Now it erupts almost every 50 minutes. The maximum height can be 184 feet! But now, the interval of eruption is getting longer and longer due to human activity.

The second one was the colorful springs in the park. Some springs sometimes look like rainbows because there are some kinds of minerals and micro-organisms inside.

The last one was wild animals. Along the road sometimes you can see bears, buffaloes, elks, bison, etc. looking for foods or taking a nap. Sometimes you can even see an animal family walking across the road!

Yellowstone National Park is such an amazing place! You will have fun there!
